Pershing Changes Security Login

Pershing has recently updated the Performance Reporting login process. The introduction of two-factor authentication is designed to enhance the security level of the website. If you experience difficulty with the new process, please contact us for help.

A few things to make the process smoother:

1. Clear out your web browser’s cache and cookies.

2.  The new security process updates your User ID to be your email address

3. When presented with the option for receiving the 2FA code via phone or email, choose to receive it via phone. You will receive a text message with the code.

Going forward, password resets are self-directed. We no longer have access to reset your password.
